An opportunity has arisen for the right candidate to join a leading Outsourced Human Resource provider with a difference.  High Performance Consultancy has built its reputation and service provision around strong supportive and personable relationships with the client. It is an outsourced service with a difference, in that, our clients are at the centre of everything we do and are not simply an enquiry through a Call Centre.  The successful candidate would provide the administrative support to our team of HR Consultants who provide a high end bespoke service built on a strong knowledge of the client and their business need.


The ideal candidate will possess strong written and verbal communication skills ideally with a knowledge of human resource services but at the very least a keen interest in this area.  They must demonstrate the ability to work under pressure meeting prescribed timescales accurately and with confidence.  They will be a team player, take pride in their work and be passionate about what they do.  The day to day responsibilities will offer exposure to a wide range of HR issues at various levels and across a number of sectors which will keep the post holder engaged and affording the opportunity of continued professional development in a supportive and cohesive working environment.
