<p>Having not recruited previously, both Tom and I were really conscious about doing things the right way. With the nature of our business we have come across a good few instances whereby companies have gone into liquidation after becoming insolvent due to large employee tribunal claims being successful. I believe that in a good few cases, had the firm had a HR consultant like HPC, then the instances surrounding the claims could have been avoided.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Our first hand experiences are obviously not the only reason we employed HPC. More and more so it seems new legislation and rules are coming in and we want to make sure we stay compliant and ahead of the game. With the help and support&nbsp;of&nbsp;HPC we feel as thought we will. Without it, we wouldn't.&nbsp;</p>
<p>HPC have helped us in various areas such as recruitment, policies and procedures, induction and appraisal. When dealing with various people within HPC regarding these area I found them all to be extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional all with a real eagerness to help.&nbsp;</p>
