'I just wanted to let you know how happy and relieved I am to have instructed you to advise regarding our staffing needs.

Having not recruited previously, both Tom and I were really conscious about doing things the right way. With the nature of our business we have come across a good few instances whereby companies have gone into liquidation after becoming insolvent due to large employee tribunal claims being successful. I believe that in a good few cases, had the firm had a HR consultant like HPC, then the instances surrounding the claims could have been avoided.

Our first hand experiences are obviously not the only reason we employed HPC. More and more so it seems new legislation and rules are coming in and we want to make sure we stay compliant and ahead of the game. With the help and support of HPC we feel as thought we will. Without it, we wouldn't.
